All of our massage therapy treatments are individually tailored to you and performed by Jennifer, herself. Jennifer is a member of the FHT, fully insured and trained by ITEC.

Treatments can be performed as part of your recovery regime post-race or training, as injury rehabilitation or for relaxation purposes. We are able to offer our treatments both trackside and at either of our two treatment rooms. We also be able to travel to your home, depending on your situation to complete your treatments (travel charges apply).

All treatments start at £50 per hour.
